Prior to the start of works, to check the Supplier ‘s material and technical documentation delivery schedule .Check that the same is in line with Construction schedules and contractual commitments
To check that the said schedule is kept to, and to promote action to recover any delay.
To check that the equipment and manpower employed by the Subcontractor is adequate and that the work conform to design documents, Safety regulations and to the Quality level fixed by the same.
To prepare non-conformity register for each Sub Contractor and coordinate non-conformity resolution.
To detect design errors and rectify the same and request Site Engineer to make necessary changes.
To check Subcontractor ‘s work progress status sheets and sign the same for approval.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred)

Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales

Experience with contractors is advantageous

Prior experience to sales of building materials is preferred

• Develop strategic plans and high level corporate relationships with the technical decision makers.
• Regular planned calls to jobsite consultants and contractors and responsible for submittals, design proposals, and seminars
• Assist sales team to close sales opportunities for engineered products as well as proactively generate new business opportunities

• University graduate Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment (i.e. design consultancy, manufacturing, construction site etc.)
• Proficient in Auto CAD
• Expert user of computer packages (Microsoft) and Internet
• UAE Driving License (or GCC License) is an advantage
• Preferably bilingual

Young dynamic and preferably with a professional education background (cost /management accountancy or CA/CPA ). Candidate should have a strong job costing knowledge. He should possess excellent analytical, inter-personal and communicative skills. Should be able to maintain tight budgetary controls and regularly update the Management about the status of each projects.
